Lawn Service
I hired MowCheaper to cut my grass after an accident prevented me from doing so myself. I paid for a full month of service ($30/week). After the first week of service I was not satisfied with the job. I spoke with the owner, Nick, and he agreed to a refund for the remaining 3 weeks ($90) -- that was over 2 months ago. I have called and sent text messages asking when I can expect to be reimbursed -- Nick does not answer my calls or return messages.

Lawn Service
Called on a Wednesday to schedule a 1-off appointment for Friday. Nick told me that earliest they could do was 11am Saturday. I accepted the appointment and rearranged my plans for Saturday. 11:10 rolls around and I call Nick to see how far out he is. He tells me that "the office" shouldn't have accepted a 1-off appointment and "they" should have called me to cancel. Guess he forgot that it was him I spoke to originally...

The company was just getting started at that time the company was just started around the time of your scheduled service and things were very new to the company and its employees. Again I I do want to apologize for our mishaps and inconveniences we have caused.
