I talked to the receptionist and half an hour or so, they called me back. They gave me all the answers that I needed. They really call me and work with me, letting me know and explained to me the things that I didn't know about. They were very fast in responding to my questions and all that. They got back to me. I didn't have to wait that long. Right away, they respond. I liked the way the helped me.

She was excellent. She was extremely helpful. We had to put my mother into assisted living and she helped us with the entire process. My sister was in one town and I was in another, and she was more than willing to take care of everything.
