Jay Hicks Inspection Services

When I called to schedule the inspection, I was asked if we would like to have a termite inspection done as well. We told the person that answered the phone that yes we would like to have one done. That was the last of that. It was not until we got to the house to get the house inspected that Terminix guy introduced himself to us, and then when he was done he asked for $89. Not that we would not have said no to the termite inspection, but we would have liked to have known that there was an extra charge for this service. Thank goodness the guy took credit cards.
There were also NO pictures taken. My husband had to call Mr. Hicks, and then he went back to take the pictures. and then we only got 4-5 total images. Granted he found the major things, but compared to another inspection we had done in the past this one was extremely skimpy (12 pages total).
