C & H FENCES

Don came out the next day to give us a bid after we called. He arrived at 9:00 a.m. as promised. He measured our yard and said he would fax the bid to us that same afternoon or the following morning. The bid did not arrive, I phoned the office. The lady answering the phone said she was at fault. She had forgotten to fax us the bid. She then faxed us a $2800 bid. The next day my husband called Don at his cell phone and office phone. He was unable to reach him. He left a message requesting a drawing of the proposed fence similar to which the other 2 fence companies had included with their bid. He indicated that we were seriously considering his bid, and wanted to know if they would be able to start work the following Monday. We never heard from Don or the office lady again. My husband called 2 more times to both phone numbers and left more messages. He also sent a fax requesting more information to no avail.

C & H did an excellent job. Everything was perfect. The fence is holding up very well. The people who did the fence were extremely nice. They were right on time and very well prepared. I have dealt with a lot of unprofessional people. I would consider these guys to be one of the best. I have yet to have any problems with the fence. I hope I never do either.
