Bug Us Pest and Termite

After taking care of the rodents, this person was supposed to replace the insulation. Took money to do the work. After several months, is no longer responsive and has changed phone numbers. Do not trust this individual and DO NOT pay in advance. He will take your money and not do the work.

Matthew and Kristen were very professional and explained everything in detail about the Bug problem that we had in our Kitchen Pantry. They explained to us what we needed to do (throw out all the open boxes of Food). The ants are under control now and the Bugs outside are under control now. I havenâ t seen very many Wasps lately.I highly recommend their Company !

Matthew explained how he was going to take care of ants and roaches what he was using. He told us about some wasp nest on the house and removed those as well. He gave me a quote over the phone and that is what I was charged. The price was in the range I had in my budget. I would definitely use Matthew again. Excellent service.

Very friendly and thorough

We bought our house last October and needed someone to come out and get rid of some spiders and other bugs since it had been vacant for awhile. I got a call from Matt and he was very friendly and accommodating on the time he could come and take care of our new home. The team came (husband and wife ) and were very professional and did a great job. I ended up paying for a whole year because the cost was fair but the customer service was extremely good. Since then I have added the monthly mosquito spray since I’m extremely allergic to mosquito bites. Not only did they come out and spray and the mosquitos aren’t here but Matt has texted me several times this first month to make sure the product he used is working for us. Again customer service!!!! I will continue to use his service and would highly recommend him to anyone. It’s nice to use a locally owned business that cares about their customers versus a big box business that sometimes can offer a better rate but not offer the customer care we all want as a consumer!

Arrived on time, polite, and did good work. The only reason I did not score them with 5 stars is that I am not sure they were COVID-19 vaccinated. I am not comfortable using anyone that is not fully vaccinated.
