Excellent. They were very responsive to my request and meeting me at a specific time since this is a rental property. Explained the procedures, and some unanticipated issues (small interior closet to house the units, compatibility with older interior to new exterior parts). They even customized a drip pan to fit my unique closet. Excellent knowledge and service overall. I will be using them for the ongoing maintenance of my A/C units.

Great! I was very happy with results. Hope I never have to have another AC unit installed, but if so, I'll call them first.

Called out Airvantage to do a general A/C checkup. A technician named Mike came out and said everything was pretty much ok, but our unit was overcharging and the freon level was alittle bit off. He came back out a few weeks later and fixed the issue and got it all taken care of. Mike seemed to be very thorough and honest, and I'd recommend as well as use this company again.

Our air conditioner went out around 8 o'clock Monday evening, and Tuesday morning we began calling around for a repairman.
We found Airvantage on Google, and though we'd never heard of them and they were the third or fourth place where we left a message, they were the first to reply, so we just went on and gave them a shot. Glad we did. The technician who showed up, whose name was Jacob, was very knowledgeable, as well as being cheerful and courteous. He found the problem - a bad  fan motor outside at the compressor - within 10 minutes, and had a new motor in place within another 20 minutes or so. On startup, the fan made a funny noise, and Jacob said that he had tried to reuse the old blade, but that it was slipping.  He had to go back to his shop for a new blade, but within another hour, he had returned with the new blade and installed it. No noise this time, and our A/C was up and running, good as new. Great job at a reasonable price. I wouldn't hesitate to call this company again, and I highly recommend them.
