Gentleman that came out was very knowledgeable. Found out where the septic tank was. Only dug 2 holes and made sure to clean up afterward. Pumped out the septic tank.

We have been using Acton for 3 years. They have always been a great company to deal with. This particular service, we again received the best service ever. Our compressor had failed and we were expecting 40+ guests for the holiday. This would have put a lot of stress on the system and not a pleasant experience for our guests. They discovered our problem on a routine scheduled maintenance visit. Within a few hours, they were in contact with us and we asked that they contact us "first thing" the next morning to update us on availability of the part. Within 3 minutes of the time they opened, the phone rang with an update on a replacement compressor. Within an hour, they were at our home replacing the part. Now, that is customer service!!!
From the office staff to the field staff, they are all about customer service and value for your money.
We would highly recommend Acton for any septic service one might need. We feel confident with their yearly maintenance plan and it has proven to be money well spent. We have no doubt that you will receive great service!

On both visits, Acton arrived promptly at the scheduled time, performed the work efficiently, showed the utmost courtesy, and charged the reasonable price that they had quoted. During the routine inspection and maintenance, a part was installed. My approval was obtained before this was done, and the price was reasonable. I have been very satisfied with Acton's service.
