Americana Construction & Roofing

Company left brochure and buisiness card,  I called company  and a rep Chase Semmer came to house.  I got some information from them, checked BBB listing and they had good rating. Signed contracts and gave them my insurance checks, they said they needed monet to get Meuller to start ordering material. I was starting my vacation and was told they would start jobs while I was gone. I returned from vacation and no work had been started. I contacted salesman Jerry Miser, who told me Chase had dropped the ball on my roofing jobs. I was told by Mr. Miser that  he would be there later in the week to take measurements and get started. That was last time I spoke with Mr. Miser, I was  contacted by owner Ms. K.  Graham and was told Mr. Miser was waiting on my call to get matter taken care of. I have not spoken to either individual, they will not answer or return calls.

American Construction and Roofing received $2306.00 on 7/29 to order materials and start work.  To-date, work has not started.  They have committed to start work multiple times.  Have sent multiple written requests to refund money.  Have filed complaints with Better Business Bureau.  Their response has been that material is hard to get.  I have spoken with local supplier who stated Mueller roofing products are available in 7 to 10 days.
