Contacted them for a quote and quickly got a response with good price. When I was ready to schedule they were able to schedule me for the Saturday I wanted so that I didn't have to take off work. Showed up at the time he estimated. Quickly removed the furniture for the price that I was quoted. Would use them again.

We called same day and was given next day service. He was, prompt, professional, cordial and efficient. We will definitely use them again if needed.

They showed up on time worked hard and got everything taken care of at the agreed price. They were both very professional. Unfortunately, I thought that the planter was a contained box but it was in fact a raised bed and so there were two large oleander stumps after they were done. They recommended a very reasonably priced stump removal company but the company was not able to remove the stumps because of location. You call we haul came back out with a smaller stump remover and took care of it at a very reasonable additional charge. I appreciated how they didn't just give up on the job and stayed in constant communication with me. I also appreciate that they made the extra effort. I would not hesitate to call them again.

Jerome and James are the best! They are quick to respond to phone calls and give you an immediate estimate of the cost. They are also prompt! Both times I called one day and they came the next day!

Called and was referred to people who do work in my area of town. They gave me a price and a time over the phone. Representatives showed up on-time and took the chair away. The whole transaction was very satisfying and the price was pretty good.

After cleaning out our storage unit, we had several items that we no longer needed. On Monday 03/14/16 I called Jerome Rivas and asked him if he would be able to haul our items away even though there was only a small amount. I was expecting Jerome to come at a later date, however he asked me if I wanted him to come that day. After explaining where the storage unit was located, he said he could be there in an hour. In fact Jerome was there in about 45 minutes. In less than an hour, Jerome had packed up my items and I was back home. Jerome is prompt and arrives when he says he will. His price for hauling my junk items I thought was very reasonable. Jerome is very courteous and acts in a very professional manner. When I need anything hauled again, I will definitely call Jerome.

I am a property manager, and needed a small pickup in front of one of my rental units. Jerome was quick to respond, and took care of my job right away, even though it was a small one. .Mr Rivas showed up on time to haul away an old deck we had taken apart. From start to finish he and a helper worked very hard in the hot Texas heat and made sure everything had been picked up.The two loads were picked on the same day and hauled off to the landfill.From the time we contacted him Mr. Rivas kept in good communication thru the whole process. I would recommend Mr. Rivas to anyone seeking his services.

When I called we set a time for the next day and he was here on time and picked up all the materials plus a few other items. He was very neat and and polite.
