Zach was very responsive and gave me a reasonable estimate. He and Jacob came out to install the generator and were very courteous and professional. I bought the generator somewhere else and Jacob was very patient in trouble-shooting when it didn't start at first. I will call them again when I have electrical needs. I am very pleased with their service!

Zack was delayed but called well ahead and let me know. He arrived even though I gave him bad directions. He did an almost 2.5 hours inspection. He was extremely detailed and not much of a talker. He emailed me an extensive list of the issues that needed to be addressed in this home, a cost estimate and an additional cost estimate for some upgrade we asked about. In determining what to ask the sellers to repair, he was very helpful in prioritizing what should be repaired first and what could be done at a later date. He broke down his estimate for a second time to just include the emergent items. He was responsive to my email questions and phone calls.
