They did arrive late to the appointment due to weather and traffic. However they were knowledgable and explained thier plan of attack. They also warned us about the slight weakening of the outside edge of the granite with the 3/4" and that it could crack under excessive weight (before they cut). They even took the time to suggest some additional support we could install to help offset some weight via the cabinets below the sink. The did a good job of cleaning up the workspace, but as expected, we will be cleaning up granite dust for a few weeks as it all settles. I felt the quote was a bit high, but considering they were willing to come the next day and a Saturday at that, I was okay with paying a little extra. Not to mention they responded within minutes of submitting for quote. Still have not heard back from the other four vedors I requested quotes from.
