The staff and maintenance are horrible. Our Air conditioning didn't work for half of our time there and it flooded our livingroom and hallway. The only time maintenance actually helped is when Raquel Maldonado sent us her personal maintenance man. Every other maintenance guy was incompetent and would just leave without fixing anything. They also threatened to kick me out when I was a victim of domestic abuse because I was too loud when I was being choked and beaten. I should actually sue them for violating the 2005 additions to the violence against women act. Raquel was very unprofessional when it came to any contact with her. The only time she listened to our complaints is when my mother got involved and it shouldn't have to be that way.
