They were able to get rid of dog smell. They did a good job. They cleaned down to the pads. They didn't leave it soaking wet whcih was nice.

Overall it was good.

Servpro did a very good job cleaning the carpet. Everything was back to normal before they left. The carpet now smells great. The 2 guys who came to the job were extremely nice. They were very talkative and outgoing. I enjoyed their company a lot. There was no mess left behind. I never had to call them back for anything. Once they came, they did not leave anything undone.

I love this company. They are always ready and willing to work. They always do such a good job. There are never any stains left behind at all. The carpets always smell good. They are willing to come whenever I may need them to. They are really good people. We refer them a lot. So my services are free. I give good recommendations for this company. Trust me, you will not be disappointed.

The carpets look great. The stains are all gone. It has only been a month, but, the stains have not reappeared yet. The people, who came out, moved a little bit of furniture for me. They didn t move much. It was just so nice of them to do that. I do not believe that they are required to do that. I liked them so much; I scheduled an appointment with them in 6 months. I may not have to call them back if the carpets stay looking as good as they do since they have been out.

The couch Servpro cleaned was so filthy we considered throwing it out and purchasing a new one. That would have cost several hundred dollars however, so we gave it a chance. The cleaner arrived when they said he would, and he went over that couch at least three times before he was satisfied. He seemed to be a perfectionist because it looks brand new. It appears we made right decision.

VERY GOOD SERVICE FROM THIS COMPANY. DAMAGED CARPETS AND AND CARPET PADS WERE CLEANED VERY WELL AND TO GREAT SATISFACTION. SERVICE WAS PROMPT AND PROFESSIONAL.
