General Remodeling
The work that he did was very good, as the job went on the sub-contractors got worse---he started with very high end, then they looked like junkies and jailbirds. However, he was extremly unreliable. He also would show up drunk. He sub-contracted all of his work, and then would not be there to manage his guys. Bottom line is that when we questioned him on this problem, he stopped showing up at all. We got our money worth---however, that was a fight. He thought he would be able to get more money and walk away. The last straw was when we had to go and supervise him going to the store to buy materials. We were left high and dry.
