Very quick, easy and friendly. A month after the locks were changed, I had a problem with the dead bolt on the back door sticking, probably due to recent rains. I called and spoke with Rick and he was out here at 7:30 the next morning. He fixed the problem - drilled and reset plates -so that the dead bolt engages with no forcing at all. Rick was extremely pleasant and didn't charge me for the extra work, even though the issue wasn't of their making.

He arrived exactly at the designated time and was very nice. When my husband said workers would be in our home for repairs, he gave a suggestion to help us with letting the workers have access to the house without compromising our security. He found 2 faulty locks and replaced them on the spot. He also spotted a potential problem with one of the doors that we hadn't discovered. He answered all our questions and made sure that everything was in working order before he left. The price for his services was very reasonable. We will definitley use Mr. Williams again.

He's just reliable. He's quick and reasonable. He's changed the locks in our office several times. I don't remember how much it costed me. We would not have used him several times if his prices were not reasonable. If I have to change my locks or if I have my keys left in the car, I would call him. I will absolutely use his services again in the future.

I had a good experience overall. It only took a moment to get all of my keys, the price was incredibly reasonable, and I would definitely recommend this locksmith to others in the future.

RICK WAS ABLE TO COME OUT WITHIN TWO HOURS OF OUR CALL TO HIS OFFICE. HE PERFORMED THE WORK QUICKLY AND WITH OUT HAVING TO LEAVE AND COME BACK. HE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL.

THE LOCK SMITH DID NOT TAKE A LONG TIME TO GET TO WHERE I WAS AND WAS EAGER TO HELP UNLOCK MY CAR. HE DID IT WITH OUT MESSING UP MY CAR. HE WAS VERY HELPFUL
