THIS IS THE SECOND NEW CONSTRUCTION THAT I HAVE BUILT. MY FIRST ONE WAS A DISASTER SO I WAS A BIT LEERY AT THE START. I ENDED UP FINDING MYSELF HAVING AN ENJOYABLE EXPERIENCE AND LEARNING ABOUT THE HOUSE. THEY WILL WALK YOU THROUGH EVERYTHING.

THE EXPERIENCE WAS WONDERFUL. WE GOT TO PICK COLORS, CARPET, & APPLIANCES. WE DID NOT SELL OUR HOUSE, BUT THE PULTE HOME WAS STILL BUILT TO SELL TO ANOTHER FAMILY.
