I hired Karl over a year ago and the customer service and maintenance on my pool was great Iâ m not sure exactly what has changed but he just stopped coming. No conversation or explanation given. I learned he was no longer coming when my pool turned green and there was no response to any outreach I attempted. I thought at first something very serious must have happened and he was unable to reply but I have since learned heâ s still serving other pools in the area. The cost to address my green pool with another company could have completely been avoided. Iâ m disappointed in the way this was handled and am still at a loss on the why.

Karl is very kind and always willing to answer questions we have regarding our pool. Heâ s reliable and we really appreciate the service he provides us.

Pool Science provides very good service and their costs are fair and comparable to other similar businesses. The owner is reliable - he follows the weekly schedule as he initially gave us. Although he has a laid-back personality and therefore easy to work with, it doesn t mean he runs his business in this manner. He s responsible and consistent. He has saved us money by replacing old pool equipment versus hiring other contractors. We would highly recommend this company.
