I called Trey to see if he could help us out. I called to schedule an appointment and he was able to come the afternoon I called, very impressed. He meet with my husband and they talked about the course of action that needed to be taken. He ordered the part and then sent me a texted that the part was in and he could be at my house and gave me a time. I meet him at my house and he had the part replaced and the pump running by the time I got there. We discussed future options for the pump on this pool. Trey was punctual and effiencient, I will definetly be calling him again.

I'm very impressed with the skills and professionalism of Trey Oakes. He had to make several trips to Wimberley to troubleshoot, diagnose and fix four separate leaks. Two of the leaks were very difficult to find, as they were in or under the pool structure and could not be seen. Trey was persistent, using a variety of creative techniques to narrow down the problems. He also has good contacts within the pool industry to research ideas and help him do the work when necessary. My excellent building contractor reviewed his repairs and wholeheartledly approved, which is a huge compliment. His prices are very fair, and he was excellent at keeping me up-to-date with the status. I'm thrilled to finally find a reliable pool maintenance company, thanks to Angie's List. Highly recommended!

He got the heater working, installed a new filter system, turned the water into a crystal clear pool and spa with no algae. The pool had to be drained to clean the sides of the pool because of the stains. When he was through, he took his time explaining how to maintain the pool and he reprogrammed the system. We were so happy with him and our now beautiful pool that we signed up for weekly service.

Trey came out and gave me an estimate for weekly servicing of my pool. As I was talking to him I mentioned that the Polaris had not been moving around the pool. He looked at it and told me that two of the wheels were bad. He had one in the truck so he replaced it and it started working. Next week when he comes to service the pool he will bring the other one. He also recommended that the quick connect fixtures needed to be replaced before they started leaking. I decided to have Trey come out on a weekly basis because of his knowledge and desire to be proactive to prevent future maintenance. Very professional and friendly person.

Trey, owner of Oakes Pool Service, personally took care of my pool for 2.5 years until I recently moved and no longer have a pool.  If it wasn't for him my pool would have been a disaster or my pockets would have been empty with any of the other companies in the area.  My pool was pretty old at 15+ years and have many issues.  Trey always took care of everything, no matter how big or small the problem.  Before I found Oakes Pool, I met and talked with the other providers in the area which took forever to even get them out and then their quotes were so pricey that I was actually debating on do a filter replacement myself.  Then I found Trey who quoted me a bid that was actually less than what it would have costed me to do the work myself, just parts.  I was skeptical but he seemed honest and he was.  He did a great job.  Trey also provided a good understanding on what was worth doing and what issues we could address down the road.    Over the course of 2.5 years, Trey made many repairs and was able to do so in such a timely fashion that my pool always looked perfect.  He is very knowledgeable and will give you an absolute honest opinion and a more than fair price.  The other pool companies seemed to send out a fairly new employees who didn't really know much about the older equipment I had and then just wanted to replace everything instead of fixing what was still good.  I'm just glad I found Trey with Oakes Pool Service.  There is no ones else I would ever go to again in the future.
