YOUNG MAN COULD USE A LITTLE MORE EXPERIENCE. HE DID HAVE A HARD TIME FINDING THE TANK LIDS BUT HE DID A GOOD JOB AFTER LOCATING. HE HAD TROUBLE REACHING THE TANKS BECAUSE OF WHERE THEY WERE LOCATED BUT EVENTUALLY GOT THE TRUCK CLOSE ENOUGH. WITH ALL THE OBSTACLES HE WAS FACED WITH HE DID AN EXCELLENT JOB.
