Would NEVER add installation on with Lowe's if it's going through Angies List This was a costly and time consuming mistake.

The purchase experience was great.  Lots of selection, lots of help from employees.  The carpet we selected turned out to have a rather long wait for manf./shipping and the store called us promptly and we were able to select a different kind because we couldn't afford to wait.  My only issue was the installers-they were 3rd party contracted by Lowes and while they were professional, they insisted that they couldn't install the carpet in the way we were promised by Lowes.  It was a really aggravating back and forth between us, them and Lowes.  I would highly recommend Lowes but not the installers they contracted.

It's easy to get to .  Clean store.  The staff are helpful and friendly.  The refrigerator has worked fine since we have had it.  They gave us a loaner until our new one was ready to deliver to us. 

The dishwasher was deliver by a professional technician who was dressed very nice. His manner put me at ease as he came into my home. The dishwasher was carefully brought into my condo and the old one removed from my property, the technician made some minor adjustments carefully completed the installation. He was quick quite and very clean. All materials were removed from my kitchen when he was through. He made sure the unit worked correctly and checked for leaks. I am very satisfied with Lowe's and there subcontracted labor used for this,installation.

It was good. We'd be more careful when buying appliances from them.

Lowes delivered my appliances to my home. Delivery was free and was great experience.

I had a hard time finding anyone who wanted to help me buy my appliances that day. I went through 3 or 4 different people before I found a manager of some sort that wanted to help me. I knew exactly what I wanted for a washer and dryer. I don't know if they wasn't anyone working in the appliance department that day or if they didn't know how to get into the computer to sell it.

I liked the planning of the work. Seems to be pretty good.

It is closest to our house and so we use them.

They worked extra hard to resolve any problems that came up. Part of the problem with them is that lighting in the store is not the same as how it looks in the home. I would have appreciated them showing it to me in my home before installation. I would use them again.

Any remodel job is going to be a headache, and we were doing our whole house at the time, but the kitchen went very well. I think what most impressed me was that when there was an issue it was resolved to our satisfaction without any hassle. Our installer, Larry was meticulous in the quality of his work, beyond anything I've seen in other installers. Belle was responsive and in the end the kitchen is a beautiful addition to our home.

THE PEOPLE AT LOWES FOUND A GOOD CEILING FAN THAT I WAS ABLE TO AFFORD. THE SIZE WAS JUST RIGHT AND THE LIGHT FIXTURES ON THE FAN ARE VERY NICE. IT IS KEEPING MY LIVING ROOM MUCH COOLER THAN THE OLD ONE.

THE GENTLEMAN WHO HELP US AT LOWES WAS VERY KIND. HE HELPED US FIND EXACTLY WHAT WE WERE LOOKING FOR AND WITHIN OUR PRICE RANGE. HE ALSO HAD SOME ONE HELP US LOAD IT UP ON THE TRUCK.

THE SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT. THE GUY WAS VERY HELPFUL.

THE LOWE'S SERVICE TECHNICIAN DID A GREAT JOB OF GETTING OUR WASHING MACHINE BACK IN SHORT ORDER. HE WAS PROMPT, COURTEOUS, AND CARRIED THE NeCESSARY PARTS WITH HIM.

WE HAVE HAD THIS NEW DOOR FOR 6 MONTHS AND ARE VERY PLEASED. IT IS VERY DURABLE AND EASY TO CLEAN. I THINK WE WILL BE GETTING OUR MONEY'S WORTH OUT OF THIS PURCHASE.

I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH THE CONSULTANT THAT CAME TO MY HOUSE. HE WAS VERY KNOWLEDGABLE AND HAD GOOD IDEAS FOR THE DIFFERENT TYPES OF FLOOR CLOVERINGS WE COULD USE.

THE STAFF IS SOMEWHAT KNOWLEDGABLE ABOUT THEIR PRODUCTS. IT IS USUALLY HARD TO FIND THE STAFF TO HELP YOU OUT AND WHEN THEY FINALLY SHOW UP THEY DON'T REALLY KNOW MUCH ABOUT THEIR PRODUCTS.

WE PURCHASE THE CEILINGS AT LOWES AND THERE WE INSTALLED THEM OURSELVES. HOWEVER THERE WERE PARTS MISSING OUT OF TWO OF THE BOXES. WE CALL THE STORE AND THEY KINDLY TOLD US TO BRING THE PRODUCT BACK AND THEY REPLACED IT WHOLE PRODUCT.

THE SALESMAN THERE WAS ABLE TO ANSWERS QUESTIONS THAT WE HAD REGARDING PLANTING THE FLOWERS THAT WE PURCHASED. HE TOLD US HOW OFTEN TO WATER THEM AS WELL.

THE REPAIR MEN WERE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND FRIENDLY. THEY PICKED A CONVENIENT TIME TO DO THE REPAIR. ALTHOUGH THEY TRIED TO FIX IT, THEY WERE NOT ABLE TO REPAIR THE DOOR.

THE LOWES REPRESENTATIVE WHO CAME TO OUR HOME DID AN EXCELLENT JOB OF EXPLAINING THEW WORK TO BE PERFORMED AND HE PROVIDED US OPTIONS ON THE INSTALLATION. HE DID A GOOD JOB OF REMOVING OUR OLD WATER HEATER AND VERY QUICKLY INSTALLED OUR NEW ONE.

THE EXPERIENCE WAS GOOD, THE GENTLEMAN THAT CAME OUT WAS ABLE TO INFORM US IN THE USE OF THE EQUIPMENT, HE ALSO PUT A SLIGHT DENT ON THE SIDE OF THE MACHINE, BUT IMMEDIATELY CALLED THE SALES PERSON AND REQUESTED THAT WE RECEIVE A 10% DISCOUNT ON THE PRODUCT, SO THAT WE WOULDNT HAVE TO WAIT ANOTHER WEEK FOR A NEW MACHINE. OF COURSE, AS WITH ANY DELIVERY AND INSTALL WE HAD A 4 HOUR TIME FRAME TO WAIT FOR THE TECHNICIAN.

THE TILE SALES AREA IS NEVER PROPERLY STAFFED, NECESSITATING LONG WAITS FOR SERVICE. THE STORE DID NOT HAVE ADEQUATE STOCK OF THE TILE I SELECTED. I HAD TO WAIT FOR SEVERAL WEEKS FOR THE ADDITIONAL TILE TO ARRIVE.
