LANDMARK POOL & SPA SVC

I had a service contract with Landmark for pool cleaning and repairs for about five years, with very satisfactory results.  Since we are in the process of selling our house and buying another one, which also has a pool, I asked Landmark to do a quick inspection of the pool and pumps at the new house.  Hardy came at the time he said he would, and inspected the pool, pumps, pool decking, overhanging trees, and pool cleaning equipment.  He pointed out a few things that weren't really problems, like hairline cracks in the pool decking, but that he thought I should be aware of.  Since this is a smaller pool than our previous one, he went over things so that I could maintain the pool myself if I wanted to.  He answered all of my questions and left me feeling not only that the pool was in good shape but also that I could take care of it myself, something that I had been reluctant to do in the past.  I might add that during the time I had a service contract with Landmark, Hardy came on schedule or let me know if he was going to be out of town and how the schedule would change for that period of time.  Once, I had a tank go out and he suggested that I order a replacement on line, since it woud be less expensive than having him order it from his supplier.  When that new tank arrived, he installed it promptly and it has performed without a problem.  I have been completely satisfied with the work Hardy has done for me.
