Had them come out to give me a bid for a leaking outdoor hot water heater. It has a cut off valve so I can still take a hot shower and cut it off when I’m done to stop the leaking. We were scheduled for 9am. They showed up at 10:30am. I had already left for work. I gave them permission to look at it anyways since it was on the exterior but I told Brandon specifically not to touch anything and if he does put it back the way he had it. He didn’t listen. He re arranged the lines and now I have no hot water. Also he left the system in disarray and the panels all pulled off left on the ground pulled off my insulation from the pipes didn’t put it back on and water lines sticking out of the unit. I tried calling their office it says closes at 5 pm which based on their hours online they should be open, I called before 5pm about 15 Xs and no one answers or calls me back when I leave a message. Based on that alone I wouldn’t use this company. I don’t want to pay someone for a job that cant simply return a phone call especially when I need them urgently. I talked to Brandon and he is unwilling to put my lines back the way they were and had no intention of calling me and letting me know what he had done. I didn’t find this out until I got home and had no hot water anymore. I never did receive a bid from them which was the whole purpose of calling them out in the first place.

Kelly was fast and professional as well as expedient. He replaced the portion of the pipe that needed repair and did a great job.

He is very responsible nice and someone you would want to work in your home. His prices are comparable and reasonable. He really knows his business.
