I supplied the files for three decals to be printed; one for the back window, and two for side windows. I was in publishing for over 15 years and had no problems providing exactly what I wanted. The couple was very friendly and easy to work with. They called with the finished decals in less than two weeks and made an appointment for me to drive over and have the decals installed. I live 20 miles away and would need to meet a friend over there - to leave my car. My friend and I both arrived to find the office closed. I called the number and was told that the woman was out of town seeing a dentist and that it didn't really matter, because the sun wasn't shining and they couldn't install the decals anyway. I was shocked that she didn't even notify me and she never seemed to understand how professional her actions were or what an inconvenience it was. The next day they agreed to come to my house and install the decals. Two more weeks went by. I finally offered to drive back over. They were nice enough to drive me and my son over to a local shopping area and drop us off. We were told it would take 3 hours. It took 4-1/2. And when I saw the job they did I was speechless. Somehow, the side decals printed out 12 inches wider than the file they were supplied. They obviously never checked the decals prior to installing them. Then when they noticed an issue they didn't call me, they installed them across the window they were designed to fit on and onto the next windows - cutting text right in half. The second set of windows are taller as well, leaving an awkward transition. The back window was perfectly sized, but installed unprofessionally. One half had two places where the decal had been cut and pulled together and three large creased wrinkles; the other side was perfectly smooth. My vehicle also came out with quite a few smudges and scratches. As I was standing there speechless, the woman kept trying to tell me that the file sizing was my fault and that the curvature of the window caused the creases. I waited until I got home to review my files and what they were supplied would have fit perfectly. I can only assume she entered the measurements they charged me by instead of the actual measurements for those windows. And, as my window is curved equally on both sides, I didn't buy the whole "curvature" excuse either. When I requested a full refund the following day, they started ignoring me. I ended up going to my credit card company to dispute the charge and it was fully refunded.
