He was prompt, friendly, efficient and knowledgeable.  This is the only company I ever call when I need carpet or rugs cleaned.  He is wonderful.

My overall B rating is based on my lack of trust of the cleaning process used by the provider.  Others may trust the chemical cleaning process, but I don't like it.  I was expecting a deep steam cleaning, not a surface chemical application.  I have always steam-cleaned carpets in the past, put down solution of soap and water with steam, then vacuumed up the dirty solution.  I have not read any research about the chemical process used to clean carpets, but I don't trust a chemical application to get the dirt out of my carpet that was buried down in the fibers of the carpet.  The really tough stains were not removed by the chemical process.  I have since vacuumed the carpets several times, and every time the vacuum lifts out a large amount of hair and dirt that was left in the carpet by the earlier chemical cleaning process which I instinctively don't trust.

We were 100% satisfied, with both cost and service.

Brad gave me a wake up call first thing so that the carpet would be dry by the afternoon.  He used product that was safe for my husband and I as well as our animals as it was orange oil based which also deodorizes the carpet.  He was quick, prompt and went the extra mile.  He did a great job moving furniture and getting in the corners.  His customer service was superb and it was a pleasure to work with him.  I would definitely use him again.

Brad has my enthusiastic endorsement. Our tile had several years of buildup, and he cleaned it up beautifully. At least for the smaller residential jobs he cleans the grout the old-fashioned way -- scrubbing it by hand! I was impressed. He also offered a sealant as an extra option, though you don't have to have it if you don't want it. He was very professional but also friendly, offered me plenty of information about his process, and even gave me a courtesy call the night before to make sure that was still a good time for me. The floors look great. I had actually first called Art with Heaven's Best who had done wonders with our carpets in the house we sold, but it turns out we moved out of district and he sent me to his colleague Brad. Art spoke highly of him, and Brad also did the same with Art. These people are honest professionals who obviously treat each other with respect, and therefore treat their customers the same way. If you live in the right zone, be sure to give Brad a call.. He's a pro, and I'll happily recommend him to my friends!

I had bought a coupon for 4 bdr and hallway. I have 3 bdr so they exchanged even for the cleaning of the stairs. The job went lawless and the results were excellent. we wil use them again.

Brad showed up right on time, professionally dressed and with a smile on his face.  He looked at everything that needed to be done, gave me a price and then set right to work.  My carpet now looks brand new and I almost didn't recognize my wool rug.  Brad had trimmed all of the loose threads and cleaned it beautifully.  There was no wet carpet and no wet carpet smell.  I can't say enough nice things about my experience.  I have already given his name to my best friend as she has two large rugs that need cleaning.

Great!  : - )  Heaven's Best (HB) explained that they would perform the normal cleaning service and pretreating on all of the stains and high traffic areas first (included in their regular fee), because their regular treatment will take care of most stains.  They explained that if that treatment didn't eliminate the stains, there was additional stain treatment I could choose for an additional fee.  I had some mysterious rust/brown stains that I thought would need additional treatment, but once they cleaned the whole house, the stains were gone!  The high traffic areas in the house had very stubborn gray dirt, and I was worried that little improvement could be achieved.  HB cleaned this area twice, each time with significant improvement, better then I had hoped, but not complete elimination.  We then discussed other options to improve the high traffic area, and I chose an enzyme treatment of that area for an additional $25.  The enzyme treatment worked really well!  The results of HB's regular treatment was far better than I expected.  I've use other carpet cleaners, but these are the best results than I've seen before.  The carpet looks and smells lovely and fresh. The citrus deodorizer did not effect my allergies.  The HB technician was on time, professional, and friendly.  He was happy to answer my questions, and very focused on doing the job well.  He worked very h****** all problem areas before suggesting any special treatments that cost extra.  He gave me several options and discussed price verses expected benefit of each.  He didn't push me to chose expensive options, and he was ready and willing to do whatever I chose.  Initially I thought their quote was a little high, but the service was well worth the price.  My local HB (San Antonio/Converse) could not schedule me in the short window I needed service, so they found another HB (Hayes Co) to help me.  That was very helpful and convenient, and I'm so glad that I they took care of me rather than sending me to another company.  I am very happy with HB's cleaning results and their customer service, and I trust them.  I will definitely use Heaven's Best next time!

They were excellent.

My Mother took a terrible fall face first over her walker that resulted in facial cuts, bloody nose and deep arm cuts. I also had numerous old urine and other stains near her bead. Plus a lot of old pet stains in the other rooms. I called Heavens best soon after my mother fall and figured my carpet was ruined. They told me not to touch the blood and they would be here the next day. That was as fast as they could get here to to holiday business. Brad Beseth called and asked if I would like for him to come early. Of course I said yes. I showed Brad what I needed and he gave me a quote. Much to my shock and amazement, all the stains were removed, even all of the blood!! Brad was very professional, fast, and efficient. He did an outstanding job. I would definitely call him again and recommend him to anyone.
