Decided to use the competitor
Description of Work: Decided not to use them. Price was about the same as their only competitor but user reviews were worse. Both Grande and their competitor Time Warner are not known for the quality of their service or their customer service so chose the lesser of two evils.

FIRST, I AM A FORMER USER OF THE LAST SMALL FAMILY OWNED AND OPERATED ISP IN THIS SMALL CITY. THAT KIND OF MADE ME A BIT BIASED AGAINST GRANDE TO BEGIN WITH. TO BE COMPLETELY HONEST, I HAVE NOTICED ABOUT 4 INTERRUPTIONS IN SERVICE THAT SEEMED TO INVOLVE MY MODEM SOMEHOW SINCE BEGINNING TO USE GRANDE. HOWEVER, THE PRICE HAS NOT GONE UP AND I HAVE GOTTEN GOOD RESPONSE FROM TECHNICIANS I NEEDED CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM. OVERALL, I AM SATISFIED.
Description of Work: SIMPLE: CONNECTION TO THE INTERNET VIA DSL.(INTERNET SERVICE PROVIDER) THIS COSTS ME APPROXIMATELY $33 PER MONTH.
