FIRST, I AM A FORMER USER OF THE LAST SMALL FAMILY OWNED AND OPERATED ISP IN THIS SMALL CITY. THAT KIND OF MADE ME A BIT BIASED AGAINST GRANDE TO BEGIN WITH. TO BE COMPLETELY HONEST, I HAVE NOTICED ABOUT 4 INTERRUPTIONS IN SERVICE THAT SEEMED TO INVOLVE MY MODEM SOMEHOW SINCE BEGINNING TO USE GRANDE. HOWEVER, THE PRICE HAS NOT GONE UP AND I HAVE GOTTEN GOOD RESPONSE FROM TECHNICIANS I NEEDED CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM. OVERALL, I AM SATISFIED.
