I bought a laptop and some appliances from Best Buy - San Marcos. When you go in there you have to write all this stuff up to allow them to access your computer, which I understand. The girl who was looking after me kept picking her nose and then she touched my computer, which made me want to disinfect the whole thing. I don't recall exactly what was wrong with it, but they kept my computer for over a week and when they got through with it, they had deleted some things on my computer that I can't find how to get back. It just seemed so long, and they were that discourteous when I rang them to find out how to get my stuff back. So my experience with them was not good. The experience with appliance sales was good. We bought a refrigerator with extended warranty through them, and within a month it started making funny noises. They came back and got it and gave me a brand new one. So that experience was very good. The grades relate to my experience with the Geek Squad.
