First I took a picture of the base of my recliner to Ryan the owner. He took a look at the picture and said it was no problem to fix it. I brought the recliner to his shop. His Mom was there to receive the recliner. She is an amazing lady. She knows her stuff about restoration of furniture as well as Ryan. They fixed the base and my recliner is as good as new. When we got home we noticed it reclined a little to forward. Talked to Ryan about it and he fixed it to my liking at no cost to us. Great customer service. I highly recommend Furniture Restoration in San Marcos, Tx.

The guy was very helpful. He garauntees his work and lives up to it. He was friendly, professional, provided excellent customer service. He even went to go get a chair out of the trunk in the rain.
