I had contacted them because I had some issues with stains that were in the pad, not on the actual carpet. I explained my exact problem and when they arrived, they didn't have the tools necessary to fix my problem. They didn't move any of my furniture. Also, when they went outside to check the hosee, they'd come right back in with dirty shoes, on wet carpet, which doesn't make any sense since they were there to clean my carpets. I used them once and I will never use them again.

I was very satisfied with the job performed by this company. They cleaned the whole carpet very well. I have no complaints about anything on them whatsoever. I would definitely recommend them for jobs like this. I think that the price was very reasonable but I rather not disclose that here.

THEY DID A GREAT JOB! THE GUYS NAME WAS GABRIEL GUTIERREZ AND HE WAS GREAT ON GETTING OUT SOME OF THE WORST STAINS IN OUR HOUSE. I definitely WILL BE CALLING HIM SOON.

WHAT I LIKE THE MOST WAS THAT WORK AROUND YOUR SCHEDULE. I MEAN THEY CAME AT 7.00 PM (ON TIME) THEY USED THE STEAM EXTRACTION WITH A DEEP CLEANSER, IN LEST THAN 2 HOURS THE CARPET WAS VERY CLEAN AND ALMOST DRY. VERY GOOD SERVICE!
