EXPRESS CARPET & UPHOLSTERY

I hired him to clean a rental unit that we have. We wanted him to shampoo the carpet and do general housecleaning, between renters.  He said after cleaning the carpets that they smelled, so he said it'd be an additional cost for deodorizing, which I agreed to.  Then, after we left, he took everything out of the house, such as the microwave, toaster, a window air-conditioning unit, lamps, extension cords, the cable boxes and the mirrors. My lawn man was there and called me to alert me that this was happening.  We had only asked him to clean--not strip the house of everything!  When he came to pick up his check, we told him we needed everything back.  He said we were lucky that he hadn't taken it to the dump.  He returned some things, but not everything, and that was only because we made him.  He is not to be trusted. The key that he returned to us wasn't even our key--we've had to have all of our locks changed. And the cleaning that was done wasn't even that good.

Showed up 2 hours late (but who doesn't these days) but more than made up for the lateness with the detail work. Very thorough pre-cleaning vacuuming, spot removal and care taken moving the small furniture out of the way. Very businesslike manner. No goofing around, just worked steadily and got the job done very quickly. Replaced heavy furniture before leaving and even used a deodorizer to make the house smell fresh and clean.

THE GENTLEMAN WITH THE COMPANY WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL. HE WAS VERY QUICK AND DID A WONDERFUL JOB WITH THE CARPET. WE CALLED ON A TUESDAY AND HAD THE CARPET CLEANED THURDAY MORNING.

THE GENTLEMAN WHO OWNS THIS COMPANY DOES MOST OF THE WORK HIMSELF. HE GOES OUT OF HIS WAY TO KEEP THE CUSTOMER HAPPY. HE DID AN EXCELLENT JOB ON OUR SOFAS. WE WILL DEFINITELY CALL HIM WHENEVER WE NEED THE CLEANED AGAIN.

THIS COMPANY IS A VERY PROFESSIONAL ONE. THE GENTLEMAN IS VERY GOOD AT WHAT HE DOES. HE GAVE US SOME TIPS ON STAIN RESISTANT SPRAY TO STOP THE STAINS FROM ACTUALLY STAYING ON THE SOFAS.

THE GENTLEMAN OWNS HIS OWN BUSINESS AND DOES MOST OF THE WORK HIMSELF. HE TOOK HIS TIME ON THE TOUGH STAINS OUR CARPET HAD AND MANAGED TO GET THEM OUT. HE ALSO GAVE US SOME TIPS ON HOW TO KEEP IT CLEAN AND HOW OFTEN OUR CARPET SHOULD BE CLEANED.

THEY CAME OUT AND FINISHED GETTING ALL THE SOAP OUT OF THE CARPET, BECAUSE WE PUT TO MUCH SOAP IN THE MACHINE AND COULD NOT GET IT OUT. THEY WERE VERY NICE.
