The company provided faulty equipment, would not respond to repeated requests for additional equipment, disconnected phone calls when I tried to get help, did not show up for scheduled appointments and refused to cancel service without charging over $700 for a contract payout. I spent many hours on the phone over a 3 week period trying to resolve problems and finally gave up and tried to discontinue service. They sent me in circles and refused to be of any assistance. I would NEVER recommend them to anyone and have never written a negative review for any person or company in the past. Beware of their contracts and don't depend on having their service or equipment work. Their representatives are incapable of fulfilling any request and will send you in circles with your phone calls for help.

We have had a few billing discrepancies, but I am satisfied with them. Their customer service has gone down a little bit. They were supposed to give em 30 dollars off my bill after 10 months. I have to call them to get it straightened out and it hasn't been resolved yet. The service is great. I like their offering of shows and the quality is good.

Great service. The guy installing the dish and running the wires was polite and quick. After installing he stuck around and showed us how to use the receiver and DVR.

INSTALLERS WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND DID A VERY NEAT JOB ON THE INSTALLATION. THEY WERE VERY PROMPT AND DID WHAT THEY SAID THEY WOULD DO AND I WAS VERY HAPPY.
