The next day they called and said it was ready and they brought it back. They quoted us a price and stayed with it even though they had to take it to their place of business. They didn't charge us extra. We called them one day and they were here the next day. They brought it back the next day, which was a Saturday. We were very pleased with them.

Dean came out to my house the same day I called. He was able to perform service in my home for the price he quoted. I was grateful for his expertise and availability - it was great to have my TV back that day! And I think while he had every thing apart, he even fixed something that made it better than it was before. I would definitely use him again (though I hope I don't have to!)

I TOOK MY FLOOR TELEVISION TO DEAN'S TV. BECAUSE THE SOUND DID NOT WORK, HE WORKED ON IT RIGHT AWAY AND GAVE ME AN ESTImate BEFORE I LEFT. BY THE NEXT AFTERNOON HE CALLED AND SAID IT WAS READY.

THE GENTLEMAN THAT OWNS THIS STORE IS A VERY NICE GUY HIS PRICES A VERY REASONABLE AND HE GOES OUT OF HIS WAY TO HELP HIS CUSTOMERS. HE KEEPS THE SMALL TOWN STORE OWNER SHOP FEELING WHEN YOU COME IN IT IS LIKE YOU HAVE KNOWN HIM FOR A LONG TIME

ALTHOUGH THEY DID A GOOD JOB IT TOOK A LONG TIME FOR THEM TO FIX OUR TELEVISION SET. EVEN THOUGH IT TOOK AWHILE THE REPAIR IT, THE TV IS STILL WORKING AS WE SPEAK. IT HAS BEEN AT LEAST 15 YEARS AND HAS ONLY HAD A COUPLE LITTLE PROBLEMS.
