I made the call to the call center. This was an unusual call, but the young man worked very hard to get the emails recovered. The emails appeared about 12 hours after our conversation.

MY OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS THE COMPANY WAS QUICK RESPONDING AND WOULD ALWAYS CALL CONTACT NUMBERS FIRST TO MAKE SURE THAT IT WAS NOT A FALSE ALARM AND THE POLICE DISPATCHED FOR NO REASON.
