These folks are the only factory certified repair for Asko dishwashers, Sub-Zero, and Wolf appliances in the greater San Antonio/Austin area.  As a result they really know what they are doing and they get parts at a wholesale price from the manufacturer, whereas other repair folks may do a good job but they get their parts at retail and mark them up accordingly.  Our Asko (Swedish) dishwasher stopped working due to a broken impeller in the water pump.  These folks came the day after I called them, isolated the problem, but had to order the part.  It came in much sooner than they thought and were back in two days to complete the repair.  The technician was very professional, and explained everything.  It was a tricky repair and obviously needed someone who knew the intricacies of a high end appliance like this one.  He even took the time to give me tips on more effective dishwashing soap and how to use it.  Highly recommended.  These folks are good.  They are headquartered out of Dallas.  From their website I discovered that since 2011, "three of C&W?s seasoned service team have relocated to San Antonio to serve the Hill Country area.
