Cachun Painting

I hired Juan and his crew to remove popcorn, remove wallpaper, patch drywall, and repaint an entire 4,000 sq ft home from top to bottom. They did a great job for the value. However, they broke a light, lost a vent, damaged a new toilet and garage door, and never came back to fix or replace them despite promising to do so. It's been several weeks and my phone calls and texts have not been returned. It's a shame as I would've liked to use them for more jobs. My advice to you is to not fully pay until the job is complete, including touch-ups.

Quick, efficient, kind and always willing to take on more tasks when needed! I just continue to hire them for more jobs and they take all.

Juan Perez is the owner, he started out ok but we quickly discovered that he has no idea of what it takes to paint new construction vs a wall here or there. His cut in lines at ceiling are terrible, I’m redoing several rooms again, his caulk he uses is very cheap and started coming off very soon after painted. He didn’t clean the edges of windows prior to painting so when final cleaning was done it damaged his caulk along all windows, he says it wasn’t his job. The make a mess every where, coke cans and taco wrappers in just painted window seals leaving stains, have to be repainted. They leave empty paint cans everywhere with food in them and never put lids on paint so they continuously say they need more paint.We paid him on time and treated him fairly but at the end when I told him about caulk issues he stopped responding and we have not heard a word from him. He maybe able to paint a room or two in an existing building but do not hire him for anything large and just know he will not come back if there are issues.All he had to do was fix the issues and we would have overlooked some of the other issues and rated him higher.

They are doing a great job with the work and have been accommodating with paint change colors and taking on additional work.

Juan and his crew did a great job on painting the interior of our two-story home. They were extremely courteous to my wife and kids, kept the home well protected while painting, efficient with their time and provided a quality service at a very reasonable price. Will hire again and highly recommend for interior painting (walls & cabinetry).

Jaun was fantastic! Very thoughtful. His team worked very quickly and professionally! We have 24 ft ceilings in the home with fans...he even dusted the fans while he was up there! Great guy - he traveled all the way to Round Rock from San Marcos. Hire him!
