Came, restarted the unit, and said it would be fine by next day. Next day it still wasn't working, and after calling him, said it would require a compressor (about 1/3 the cost of a new refrigerator), but that couldn't guarantee that this would indeed fix the problem. It could be other things like wiring etc. He also gave views on brands that were contrary to all Consumer Reports and others. He was "friendly," but that doesn't fix anything.

Worst experience, I contacted Bud's (Danion Navares) on July 16,2016 after a few times of trying to reach him to come fix my dishwasher that was leaking. Danion came out to my home on July 18,2016 he was here less than 10 minutes and said it was fixed and was warrantied for thirty days. I handed him cash and after requesting a receipt he gave me the receipt and left. On July 31, I called Danion (A few times) to have him come back and didn't get a response. I also texted him, No response. Tried again on August 1, No response, again on the 4th of August. once again, No response. Tried again on August 5th, Still, no response and again on the 7th of August my son tried from his phone (Danion answered!) He said he would be out to my home on Wednesday, August 10 and to text him before to remind him, which I did. We agreed he would be here at 9am and he was at my door on Wednesday at 7 am banging. He came into my home and did the same thing he did on the first visit. (Borrowing my screwdriver, since he didn't have his with him when he walked in) Five minutes later after tearing up the lanolium under my dishwasher when pulling it up, Not even sure what he was looking for) (However, I'm thankful I have a video as he did this). He said you need rollers and I will call you later to tell you how much they cost since the rack is not flat. He said that he was already heading into Austin to get some other parts and would check when he got there for the price of the rollers. (I still had rollers on the rack mind you) I had asked Danion some questions about a hot water heater) and Began proceeded to bad mouth other companies. (He makes a habit of doing this, I've learned) while bad mouthing other companies and how they rip you off). On August 11 at 12:13 Danion texted me. Stating the price would be 49.95 plus 20.00 labor and parts and also stated total was 75.00. I responded asking how he got 75.00 from 49.95 & 20.00 because I was getting 69.95.(I like to know what and why Im paying for things.) After I texted him how he came up with that amount, his responce was Its 75.00 total amount not explaining how he came up with that figure when he, himself gave me the two figures that werent equalling 75.00. I asked I thought the work was under warranty, He got irritated and responded back if I dont want to repair He would take the parts back. Several times I responded after and Not one responce from Danion. I had an appt on the 12th and texted him since I still hadnt heard from him. No responce. August 15th I texted and still no responce. I have since found that Danion is NOT certified. I have also found out he has done this to others on Craigslist, The better business bureau and yelp among other places, even on here! This man speaks of God yet is one of the most shadiest characters I have ever met. If you give someone a price, be prepared to explain HOW YOU GET THAT FIGURE especially when you, yourself give the customer one figure. PLUS, when you warranty your work, You should warranty your work, Why would someone pay you to come out and repair the very same appliance you were out to fix to begin with? I can understand parts. I would never expect someone to pay for parts if this were actually the issue. In the end, The rollers I found were NOT the issue after all. It was not leveled properly. Which is exactly what I paid Danion to do the first time! Danion is a crook! If you value your money and want good customer service and a company who truly backs up their work, I suggest going somewhere else. Because, once you question Danion, he will ignore you and not return calls or respond. This is NOT good business ethics! Remember, I'm just one of MANY who he has done this to!

Bud came out to our home to repair our Viking Range Top stove. He told us that he is a CERTIFIED Viking repairman. He isn't. The first time that Bud came to our home to evaluate the situation, he was in & out within 5 minutes. When I questioned him about the quick visit - he didn't even pull the range out to inspect the unit - he told me that he knew what the problem was and would order the parts and be back when the parts arrived. It was several weeks between visits and I had to call him three times to schedule a return date. On Bud's second visit, he brought the new parts and worked for seven (7) hours on our range. During this time, he dropped items and gashed and ruined out cabinets. He apologized and said he would handle having them repaired. At the end of his visit, he asked me to come into the kitchen so he could show me that the OVEN was working. I said, 'You mean the stove top?'. He said, 'No, the oven'. I said, 'Nothing was wrong with the oven. The stove top is why you are here.' Needless to say, Bud left and we've never heard from him again. We have had to hire an attorney to pursue him so that we can repair the damage he did to our kitchen. Not only that, we are now left with a Viking range that is not only NOT REPAIRED, but, it's in worse condition that it was before Bud and Bud's Appliance & Refrigeration showed up. My advice: DO NOT HIRE BUD!

It went perfect! I have used Bud'a appliance & Repair in the past and have always been very satisfied. He has saved me alot of money. I had one refrigerator the compressor went out on, after calling around and getting quotes his was the best. He works efficiently and quickly. I like that!

He came to my door with a card and was very polite and introduced himself. He came in and started on the clothes washer right away. I could not believe how quick and clean he was. He trouble shot the problem and fixed it in a very short time period. His cost of $72.00 was way cheaper than getting a whole new washing machine. He warranted his repair for 30 days. There have been no new issues so far, so I think this was a great transaction.

Bud found out that they no longer make the appropriate size pump for our ice machine. He had to rework our machine to accommodate a different size pump. He also discovered that the electrical board was not working properly so he replaced it. He was very punctual and friendly. We felt his price was very fair for the parts and his labor due to the amount of time he had to spend. It was not just a simple repair.

They were very reliable and did a good job. They had a good price. They even gave us a warranty for their service for 30 days.
