WHEN I WENT BACK TO GET MY COMPUTER, THEY TOLD ME THEY WERE HAVING PROBLEMS INSTALLING THE SOFTWARE, AND IT WOULD BE READY THE NEXT DAY. I WENT THE NEXT DAY, AND TO MAKE A LONG STORY SHORT, I DIDNT GET MY COMPUTER BACK FOR ANOTHER WEEK.

THE SERVICE WAS FAST AFTER THE CLERK WAS ADVISED THAT WE WOULD TAKE OUR COMPUTER ELSEWHERE TO HAVE IT REPLACED. THE WAIT TIME WAS GOING TO EXCEED 3 DAYS. WE GOT THE COMPUTER BACK IN A 1 DAY TURNAROUND. TIME.

THEY DIAGNOSED THE PROBLEM AND REINSTALLED MY OPERATING SYSTEM WHILE SAVING MY DOCUMENT FILES. MOREOVER, THE DIAGNOSTIC FEE WAS $50. THEY WERE GOING TO CHARGE $50 FOR THE REPAIRS. INSTEAD I WAS CHARGED $25 BECAUSE IT ONLY TOOK AN HOUR TO FIX MY LAPTOP. THEY WERE QUICK TOO.
