 + 1 moreBob gave me a written estimate of time and materials for stairs and fence. He arrived on time, ripped and replaced stairs day 1. Day 2 brought fencing and replaced. I fouled old materials. Bill was as bid, on time & material cost. It was a good job for my budget.
Description of Work: Rebuilt 14 step staircase from ground to second floor deck sealed and painted to match house. Also replaced 50 ft of 6 ft cedar fence. Bob primarily does deck & waterfall work.
