Amazing customer experience. After a long-awaited special order water heater arrived and was installed damaged and non-functioning by a plumber (who wanted to get paid and just dump the job), manager Kris Kagey of Moore Supply Company in San Marcos jumped through hoops to offer an immediately available upgrade replacement, which he had delivered to my door the same day and installed without additional cost to me. Exceptional, polite, professional customer service.
