THESE PEOPLE WERE THE MOST REASONABLE OF ALL THE BIDS THAT WE GOT. THEY WERE THERE WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD BEGIN THE WORK. THEY ALSO FINISHED ON SCHEDULE. HOWEVER, THEY WERE VERY DIFFICULT TO GET A HOLD OF, AND VERY BAD AT RETURNING PHONE CALLS.
