Are you considering 3z realty for your home buying/selling needs? Well, don't! Just don't! save yourself a HUGE headache and choose literally any other realtor you can find. After my experience with Robby, here's what I have learned. There is a way that all other realtors treat there clients and navigate real estate transactions and then there is the way that Robby treats his clients and navigates real estate transactions. Robby helped us sell our home and buy a new one. The process was extremely stressful, to say the least. There was a total lack of organization, communication, and respect on his part. When we approached Robby about a mistake he made in our contract, he was completely unprofessional and rude (Calling us idiots and cussing at us). Unless you are ready to do a LOT of work to make up for the complete lack of effort he will put in through the stressful process of purchasing a home, I highly recommend finding a different realtor that gives more attention to making sure their clients are happy and takes the time to make the process less stressful on their clients.
