We were pleased with the dealings with Hetrick and Barber from start to finish. Receiving the bid after they had looked at the job took a couple of days, but other than than everything was done on a timely basis. The owner who had come out to look at the job, the office staff and the 2 men who actually came and did the work were all polite, professional and helpful.
