Called and made an appointment for an estimate with Mr. Velarde and he was on time for the appointment.
He looked over the project and made suggestions regarding the project. He noticed that the hinges on the gate were broken and were not the right size for the size and weight of the existing gates. We agreed to add three posts to hold up the gates and fence. Existing hinges on gate would be removed and replaced with proper size hinges. He provided an estimate over the phone and we made arrangements to meet to sign the estimate. Started work the following week and completed on time (two days), he cleaned and removed all debris from property. The job looked clean and professional and it appears they take pride in their work.

I received an estimate from Mr. Velarde, which I thought was a very fair price. After approval, he came and installed them as well as repairing the concrete work in the time-frame he said he would and in a very professional manner. The results were beyond my expectations.

He, his father and grandfather make up the company and do very good work. They left the ironwork done correctly, the cement work is just what I wanted.
