I talked to the gentleman myself and made up the appointment for my mother. My mother was very happy with him. She said he was very informative, very friendly and professional. He just explained everything to her. My mother is an elderly woman and so I always do things like that for her. The fact that he was on Angie's List, I knew he had a good reputation. I spoke with him and he was very flexible and very professional about the whole appointment that I made for my mother. He understood that my mother was elderly and so he took his time with her when he was there. That's important and the overall job he did was very good. My mother said she hasn't seen anything in that one month. The overall experience and price were excellent. I think the price was very good compared to others that I'd called. The quality, responsiveness and punctuality were excellent as well. I will definitely use him again in the future.

They are very knowledgeable about pests and how to control the situation. We are very pleased with their work.
