David is very easy to work with. Always answers his phone and is there when he says he's going to be. We got a fair price for the job. He is very careful to protect the plants and bushes around the house while he's doing his demolition work, and is also very careful to leave the property better looking than it was before. He goes the extra mile to be sure that his work is quality and will last a long time. This is the second house he has done for us, and we are very satisfied with his work.
