We couldn't have been happier with the service that Paul from Vicky's Grooming provided. Upon our return we found Wally in excellent condition, the house in perfect order, and our mail collected. Of course, the most important issue was Wally and he seemed quite content even after us being gone so long. He was clean, his food and water were full and his litter boxes were nice and clean which was important to me. Also, Paul had kept a written record of his visits, how Wally was doing and what service Paul had provided. My husband also talked to Paul while we were gone which gave me great comfort that Wally was doing good. It is very difficult to go away that long and leave your pet who is loved so much but we felt like it was the best arrangement for Wally rather than board him somewhere where he'd be in a strange environment in a little cage. We were definately right in our decision! I don't want to have to leave Wally alone, but if circumstances are such that we have to be gone again, I would not hesitate to hire Paul from Grooming by Judy again and go with great peace of mind that Wally would be well taken care of in our absence.
