Internet Service
Great service. Installer showed up on time and completed installation in timely manner. Zip Link had already checked and made sure we could receive their signal before setting up the installation. They made sure everything worked.
Service has been excellent for over 4 months with just a handful of momentary drops.
NO, repeat, NO throttling or limits on our uploads or downloads. We've enjoyed hours of Netflix. Updating our computers no longer causes massive extra charges on our bill.
And, our bill is only $60 a month for four heavy internet users.
We are in an area where Sprint, AT&T, and DishNetwork have iffy service during storms but this internet is sturdy and dependable even during recent storms that usually crashed DishNetwork signals.
It is really nice to have something great on the southeast side of San Antonio, we are neglected by so many companies.
When you call Zip Link, you get a person and real answers. As I said before, great service at a great cost.
