Worked around my schedule, a real plus. Painters were to include Rudy and son, Rudy, Jr. Sanding was done by two inexperienced helpers, very nice and accommodating, but with little attention to detail required by Rudy. The master bath involved preparation of wall covering to receive paint. This was poorly done by Jr, and minor attempts to fix it didn't help much. Frames around fluorescent ceilings lights were left unpainted. Rudy was supposed to return after the installation of carpeting and tile, to complete the painting of baseboards and several small areas of woodwork. I foolishly paid him in full before all the work was completed as he was so nice. I decided I didn't want him to stain/paint the front door as I was wary of the job that would be done. After several calls reminding him of the rest of the work to be done, I gave up. A neighbor is waiting to be reimbursed for redoing of poor work on the edges of her roof by Zavala's subcontractor.
