+ -1 moreWe were very happy with the responsiveness and quality of work from this company. We will continue to use them for any repairs and handyman work that we need done to our home.
Description of Work: 1. Ceiling repair from water damage. 2. Laminate floor removal from 3 rooms; tile removal from 2 rooms; carpet removal from one room. They removed everything from our home after pulling it, and took it all to the dump for a very small fee. I was thoroughly impressed with the quality of work and professionalism of this company.

+ -1 moreMiguel has done several handyman-type jobs for us in the past and we've been very happy with everything he's done. He's prompt, reliable, and takes pride in his work. His prices are reasonable. We call him for both fix-it work and for big projects.

+ 5 moreAlthough we bought this home for a rental property, we won't rent out a house that we wouldn't live in ourselves, so we did not want an investment-grade remodel. We were on a budget though, so we provided many of the materials ourselves and had Miguel install them. He made recommendations and suggested alternatives that saved us money without compromising quality. His prices are reasonable, he's up front with any problems he encounters while doing the work, and extras are priced fairly. We've never been happier with a contractor's work. We hardly recognize the house now that the work has been completed. We're especially happy with the tile work - he did an amazing job on the bathrooms, and the kitchen work is beautiful. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend him for either minor repairs or remodel work.
Description of Work: Did major repair & remodel work on an investment home. Hung and added cabinets in kitchen, installed countertops, painted inside & out, installed appliances, replaced exterior doors, installed bifold doors, patched metal roof, replaced toilets, bathroom vanities and cabinets, tore out old master shower and retiled shower. Installed tile on two bathroom floors and in laundry area, replaced glass shower door, and replaced all bath fixtures. Installed railing around back deck/patio area. Made numerous minor repairs inside and outside the house.
