Miguel has done several handyman-type jobs for us in the past and we've been very happy with everything he's done. He's prompt, reliable, and takes pride in his work. His prices are reasonable. We call him for both fix-it work and for big projects.

Although we bought this home for a rental property, we won't rent out a house that we wouldn't live in ourselves, so we did not want an investment-grade remodel. We were on a budget though, so we provided many of the materials ourselves and had Miguel install them. He made recommendations and suggested alternatives that saved us money without compromising quality. His prices are reasonable, he's up front with any problems he encounters while doing the work, and extras are priced fairly. We've never been happier with a contractor's work. We hardly recognize the house now that the work has been completed. We're especially happy with the tile work - he did an amazing job on the bathrooms, and the kitchen work is beautiful. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend him for either minor repairs or remodel work.
