Not well, and actually we still haven't finalized everything. Subcontractor that Your Neighborhoodz used was very very sloppy in taking off the old roof. No QA and no QC. I'm still finding debris around the yard. There is still trash in one of our trees. Very sloppy and careless overall. Lots of old shingles in my neighbor's yard. Water damage repair and repainting in master bedroom was done well, but they met the requirement only, so a C for that. Couldn't replace the weather stripping on the garage door as it is no longer made. They never did send the door people to look at replacing the garage door. I am giving up on getting that done. There are still some problems with the new roof that they need to fix, and still haven't after three months. Definitely do not recommend this company and will not use them again.

Team is very approachable and the roof was done well. But due to multiple projects, there were delays in project start and completion.  For items other than the roof, there was some difficulty reaching the project manager to have questions answered during the project.  Also, we had to request replacement of electrical sub due to unnecessary damage caused by repair effort. Overall, we're happy with the work done but could have used better communication.

The man they sent to do the cement work, did not appear to be qualified to do cement work. He used all ready mix cement with gravel and it left a 2 foot wide mound in the living room floor and did a poor job. We tried calling his supervisor to get the job done properly. But never got a return call. We waited a few days and then called the owner of the company and told him if he did not make it right, we would call our local television station and tell them our problem. With in 2 hours the supervisor came back with a different worker and removed the mound and repaired it properly with a smooth surface. This worker seemed to know what he was doing. It appears that this company hires workers who are qualified to do various types of repairs. But if a qualified worker is not available, they will send anybody.

It went fine. These people are good at what they do and as a result are in demand. We had to wait three weeks to get started but that was ok considering the job they did.

Your Neighborhoodz LLC did a good job and they were fast. They were a little bit expensive.

Patrick came out and gave a very reasonable bid to pour a concrete patio in our backyard. He was highly recommended from friends so we went ahead with the work. We are so happy with the completed job. We spend most evenings out there and enjoy our new space! Highly recommend Patrick and Your Neighborhoodz! Great job guys!

After speaking with a few companies about our project, i called Patrick at Your Neighborhoodz to discuss the building of a pergola. We were planing on having a party and needed the work done on short notice. Patrick said this was no problem and promised the work would be done prior to the party. I met Patrick at our home to discuss the project and he was very professional, knowledgable, and helpful. He saw the area and suggested we change the plans slightly after hearing our concerns. He amended the plans and did not change the price in order to accomodate, even though it was a little bit more difficult job at this point. The pergola was finished on time and looks fantastic. We will be calling Patrick next time we have a home project! Thank you Your Neighborhoodz!
