It took 10 days for them to complete the work and they hadn't even started to work on my car until I went in on the 9th day and said I was prepared to take my car somewhere else to how the work. done.  The customer service who very poor.  I made several calls and each time was told they'd have to go check with the mechanic and would call me back only once did I get a return call. The man my car was assigned to never seemed to remember who I was when I called or even recognized me when I  called or came in and I did I contacted them often. When I asked why it took so long I was told that the mechanics just keep pushing it back and working on other cars.  There was no car available to loan me until day 5 and by then I had borrowed my sons car.  This was the worst experience I have ever had at a car dealership.

Fantastic! I had a great salesperson (Carlos) and sales manager (Chris). They were very helpful and professional. Excellent customer service was provided throughout the car buying and selling experience.

They do good work, they are timely, and they work on what they say.

Had to call them several times and got the same run around. I asked for my second key and they said I would half to buy one at a cost of about $450 for ONE key. On the oil change. I don't think they even looked at it. I found out on the van I bought from had a production change on the oil filter. The oil filter in my van was changed to a new oil bracket. so to do a oil change they would need to change the oil housing out for the new one at a cost of $650. They never changed any thing and I got stuck with the bill. From what I see in them is they are out to sell you "any thing" and do what ever they can to not ever fix any thing.

We'll keep using them.

I've been servicing my car here since 2004. I have been extremely happy with their work and professionalism.

They get me in on time, they have the car done when they tell me it's going to be done and they don't try the after sales services. The price is reasonable.

World Car Nissan replaced my exhaust manifold because it had a hole in it. It was very expensive compared with other pricing I've since seen for the same part and service. My car still makes some noise but it's not nearly as bad as it was. They also told me there is an oil leak that I opted not to have them repair and which I've not been able to find any evidence of before or since taking my car to Nissan. They corrected the problem with my car but at great expense. Overall I gave them a C, not bad but nothing to write home about either.

It was good. There was a man named Rick in the finance section of the dealership, and he was very helpful at walking us through all the paper work. I appreciated the service that he provided. The saleswoman was Nereida, and she was very helpful. She took time to explain to us about the vehicle and its advantages over other vehicles.

The entire staff at WORLD CAR NISSAN, did an outstanding job throughout the entire process of purchasing a new car. The salesman JOSE MONTOYA and the sales manager JIM MONTEMAYOR, went the extra mile in providing excellence customer satisfaction. These sales people were HONEST...YES, I SAID HONEST! I had mentally prepared myself for all the mind games sales people will play on you, but not these guy's. They were straight forward and really worked to get me a fair rate on financing. I think they are very expensive for oil changes. I will continue to use them until my warranty is expired. The experience and quality of service is always good.

They were very good, honest and very nice company. They were honest and told that it was all that they could do. The customer service was very good.

They went the extra mile, and Edward, Sean, and Ed were all very professional and just over the top.
